to your cup.

Every step matters. We obsess over each stage to ensure what reaches your cup is extraordinary.

Sourcing

We travel to origin, building direct relationships with farmers. We select lots scoring 88+ on the SCA scale, prioritising sustainability and fair compensation.

Roasting

Our head roaster profiles each lot individually, roasting in micro-batches to unlock each bean's unique character. Light to medium roasts preserve origin complexity.

Brewing

Precision grind, measured dose, controlled temperature — our baristas are trained to extract the best from every bean, every time, across every brew method.
