3. Operational Process

quote.
Proposal and Agreement: We present a proposal outlining the project
scope, timeline, and costs. Once approved, we move forward with a
formal agreement.
Design and Development: We create and refine the project according to
the agreed specifications.
Review and Feedback: We present the project for your review and

4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of any project.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the final
delivery of the project files.
Additional services or changes requested outside the initial agreement
will be billed separately.
All payments are non-refundable unless they can be proven as
accidental.
5. Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, any work
completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
Refunds for completed projects will only be considered if there is a
failure to meet the agreed-upon specifications and all efforts to
rectify the issues have been exhausted.

FloatWeb is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business due
to service interruptions or technical issues.
While we strive to create secure and robust websites, we are not
liable for any security breaches or attacks on the client’s website.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in
a timely manner.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website and
data.
Clients must ensure that their use of the website and our services
complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Amendments to Policies
FloatWeb reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised
policies.
