What a care plan covers
- Hosting. Fast hosting with an SSL certificate, sized for your site.
- Monitoring. We are alerted when the site goes down.
- Daily backups. So a bad update or a mistake can be undone.
- Security updates. The code and its dependencies kept current and tested before they go live.
- Changes. On Care and Priority, hours each month for text, images, new sections or small features.
When you do not need one
If you are happy to arrange hosting yourself, or have someone in-house who can, you can take the site and its code and run it without us. You own it either way. We hand everything over, and you can still email us with questions.

Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. If you leave, we move the site to your own hosting or hand you everything you need to run it.
Do you look after sites you did not build?
Sometimes. We look at the site first and tell you honestly whether it is something we can keep safe for the price.
What counts as a small change?
Updating text, prices or photos, adding a team member, or a new section built from parts the site already has. Larger features are quoted separately.
