Before anything starts you get a written agreement with the price and a list of everything we will deliver. If you later want something that is not on the list, we quote for it and only go ahead once you agree.

What we build will match what we agreed with you in writing. Before a site goes live we test it on real phones and computers, and check that it loads quickly and is secure.
Honest timelines
If we are going to miss a date for a reason on our side, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date.
Two rounds of design changes included
The price includes two rounds of changes to the designs and one more round on the finished site before launch. A round is one list of changes sent to us together. If you want more, extra rounds have a set price, agreed before we start them.
30 days of fixes after launch
For 30 days after launch, we fix free of charge anything that does not work as agreed. After that, fixes are covered by a care plan or charged at our usual rates.
You own it, and you can leave
Once you have paid in full, the design, the content we wrote and the code are yours, and we hand over everything you need to run the site with someone else. Your domain and accounts are in your name. If you leave a care plan, we keep a site we host online for 30 more days while you move it.
If we get it wrong
Tell us what is wrong and we will put it right. If we seriously fail to deliver what we agreed and do not put it right within 14 days of you asking, you can end the agreement straight away. Your legal rights are not affected.
What the guarantee does not cover
Problems caused by third-party services, by content you supplied, by hosting we do not manage, or by changes made by anyone other than us. We also cannot promise a particular search ranking or number of enquiries.
