SEO for small businesses
Getting found for the searches your customers actually make, with a monthly report that includes what did not work.
What we work on first
For a small business, the first wins are rarely clever. They are the things Google checks before anything else, and most sites get at least one of them wrong.
- Your Google Business Profile. For local searches it often matters as much as the website. Categories, hours, photos and reviews, kept up to date.
- Speed and Core Web Vitals. How quickly the main content appears, how fast the page reacts and whether it jumps about while loading.
- Page structure. One clear heading per page, titles and descriptions written for people, and structured data Google can read.
- Crawling and indexing. A clean sitemap, no important pages blocked, no duplicates competing with each other.
Then, pages for real searches
Once the basics are sound, the work is mostly writing: a page for each service and each place you work, and answers to the questions people type before they buy. We look at what your customers search for, what already ranks, and write pages that answer better.
We will not promise a position on Google. Nobody honest can. We promise a plan, the work, and a short monthly report of rankings and enquiries.
Prices
A one-off SEO audit is $1,250: a written list of what is wrong, in order of what to fix first, that you can hand to any developer. Monthly SEO starts at from $1,000 a month, with a three month minimum because search work takes that long to show.
SEO basics (titles, sitemap, structured data and Search Console) come with every site we build. See Core Web Vitals explained for what the speed scores mean.

Questions people ask us
How long does SEO take to work?
Fixes to speed and structure can show within weeks once Google recrawls. New pages usually take a few months to settle. That is why monthly work has a three month minimum.
Do you do SEO on sites you did not build?
Yes. The audit works on any site. For monthly work on another platform we will tell you up front which changes we can and cannot make there.
Do you buy links?
No. Paid links break Google's rules and can get a site demoted. We earn links by making pages worth linking to and by getting you listed where your customers look.
